Katy Lido

Katy is a fund development professional, with over 20 years of experience in non-profit management. She is currently Development Director of the New Jersey market for the American Diabetes Association, where she oversees the financial success of the market through strategic focus on community health and social equity. Katy earned her BA in English with a minor in public relations from Kutztown University and will begin studies for an MPA in the spring of 2018. She is also currently a Leadership Somerset fellow. A Hunterdon County native, Katy lives in High Bridge with her daughter Parker, who fell in love with horses and began riding at the age of two at Riding with Heart.

Riding with HEART offers a wide range of Equine Assisted Activities to individuals and their families. We provide a comprehensive, inclusive and therapeutic environment to participants with a wide range of disabilities including, but not limited to ADD/ADHD, Autism, PDD NOS, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, Spina Bifida, Visual Impairments or Traumatic Brain Injury.  All of the Therapeutic Riding Instructors at RWH are PATH certified and our professional therapists hold proper credentials and /or licenses.
